Criticas:	We booked relatively late for Passau so only had a few options. This hotel was the best balance of price and location that we found. It was good without being outstanding but the price was good. It was about a 15 minute walk to the city centre which wasn't a problem for us and it is certainly lovely to walk across the river to/from the city. Room was comfortable with the only main issue being the pillows. Ask for two!! Too thin for me, but I am admittedly a tall person. Breakfast was included which was a bonus. por Trip Advisor

Criticas:	We spent one night in this hotel to attend an opera in the arena and visit Verona. We were cordially received and informed effectively to organize our stay. The room and bed were comfortable and quite large. The furniture is a bit old but in good condition. The air conditioning was moderate but sufficient. The room overlooked the street, but she was calm. The breakfast buffet was huge and varied. The hotel kept our luggage from noon on arrival day and until 4pm the day of departure. The hotel is located on the outskirts of Verona, and the staff showed us a simple route to go directly to the city center in 15 minutes. We liked the reasonable price, the efficiency and helpfulness of the staff, the room comfort, the quality and variety of the buffet, the free private car park and buying wine on site. We liked the exiguity of the car park. We recommend this hotel and we will return. por Trip Advisor

Criticas:	We were meant to stay here for 3 nights but due to family circumstances we changed the booking to 2 nights and this was done very efficiently, no hiccups. We had a 'Superior' room which, whilst not exactly luxurious, had everything we needed. We had a great view over the city, thought we might be bothered by road noise during the night but with the window closed and the aircon on, we had a good nights sleep. Breakfast was fine , maybe choice a little limited. Staff very helpful, polite and friendly. We would stay here again. por TripAdvisor

Criticas:	If you are looking for the Ritz Carlton, keep driving but we were simply overnighting after a Biarritz airport dropoff en route to Spain and found this chain hotel through an internet search. In Ciboure, not St Jean de Luz, but that only means you are on the other side of the inlet minutes walk form the main drag and, in fact, in a much quieter neighbourhood. Feels a bit wrong side of tracks (literally but we were not disturbed and only saw one train) but perfectly safe. We parked for free on street without trouble. Room faced onto little green area which the French being French have made a dog toilet so mind where you step and keep to paved areas when it gets dark,eeeugggh. Very friendly and helpful front desk, room was very clean and functional. Beds comfortable with spotless linens and top sheets, often missed out in cheaper French hotels. Rather odd capsule type bathroom but, again, spotless and good, functioning shower. There are toiletries provided but bring your own as they were of the vat dispensed-generic type. Towels were a bit thin but this was a cheap stop -by french standards. If you cannot get on-street parking, there is a parking garage (at a small cost).Free wi-fi in public areas and rooms. Breakfast was pretty standard fair -only let down by brick-hard fruit for which there is little excuse in France,nearly Spain. We were up early,rested and fed and on our way in minutes. if that is what you are after, this is a good venue. If you want yr room oudeluxe, even over-priced, there are lots of opportunities in nearby St Jean de Luz por TripAdvisor
